Dukan Diet - Cheating

Well, that time of the month got the best of me. I have had 2 rolo mcflurrys, a cheeseburger with large fries, and a frappe (not on the same day... but still definately not low fat protein or vegetable).

Back on track today. Haven't weighed in a few days because I got discouraged with monthly changes in water weight/etc. Going to be strick on my foods for 3 days then weigh in and see where I am at.

chicken chicken chicken chicken... and more... you guessed it! chicken!

    It's not just you, it happens to me too. I want sweets and salt. All a week before and during. Way to get back on track, and yeah enjoy your yard bird! emoticon
