I 'm up 4.8 Pounds from last week. I not going to do what I've always done and freak and give up. I thought about it while I was standing on that scale. I thought why am I bothering this happens everytime I lose some weight I take two steps forward and one step back and I end up losing the same ten pounds over and over again really going nowhere. After I recorded my weight and read a comment from another member DUSTY about what's important is what happens over the long run I calmed down. I need to forget about the number today because it wont matter tomorrow if I focus on the goal. Keep doing what I know in the long run will work in my favor and the weight will come off. I choose to focus on what I need to do to lose the next pound.

That's the only way to do it. Obessing about the number does you no good. Focus on the new habits you're creating, the small victories, every step forward. Over time all these things add up to a new life not just a new weight. emoticon
