I 'm up 4.8 Pounds from last week. I not going to do what I've always done and freak and give up. I thought about it while I was standing on that scale. I thought why am I bothering this happens everytime I lose some weight I take two steps forward and one step back and I end up losing the same ten pounds over and over again really going nowhere. After I recorded my weight and read a comment from another member DUSTY about what's important is what happens over the long run I calmed down. I need to forget about the number today because it wont matter tomorrow if I focus on the goal. Keep doing what I know in the long run will work in my favor and the weight will come off. I choose to focus on what I need to do to lose the next pound.
