I surprised myself... again!! I really hadn't thought I'd made any gains this past month....I do step on my scale fairly regurarly.. and I've been bouncing up and down around the same pound for about 5 weeks now. In fact on a whim today when I weighed myself I'm up 1 lbs from the last time I recorded and entered my weight. But then...because I finished another bootcamp...and because I've been avoiding it for a month I took my measurements....
Waist...January = 36 April = 30.75 today = 30
Hips....January = 40 April = 35.75 today = 34.75
thigh ..January = 24 April = 21.75 today = 21.5
Now that impresses me! You would think that I'd stop using the scale as the single measure of success.. (lol...I SHOULD know that by now!!)
This is fun.
I'll just keep practicing my mantra:
I wonder where my body will be if....." I just don't quit"?
and from my daughter..."Whats wrong with hard?!?"
