Starving! Where is the roadkill?!?!?!?!

1 hour power yoga
1 hour kickboxing
45 minutes butt & bellies with really good stretching at the end
1 hour 45 minutes dance lesson
4 hours of dancing...literally!

I believe that equals up to about 8 1/2 hours of work out today! No wonder I feel like I could eat road kill tonight! LOL

I don't know who was sweating more, Bill or I! Bill literally had sweat dripping off the back of his cowboy hat. That was awesome!!!!

It's all good. Headed for the shower (again) and off to bed! Up bright and early to run!!

Game Plan:
long run...depends on legs how far I'll go!
Big breakfast with family
Upper Body ST
couple at noon
client at 1:30
client at 2:30
dance practice at 3:30...only 1 1/2 hours! My feet need a break or at least cool off! LOL

Positives:
1. Excellent dance lesson!
2. Enjoyed my kickboxing class
3. Up to 3 showers today!!!
4. Ready for bed!
