I really need some. The heat and humidity have returned to Texas and I just can't seem to get myself going.

    We are going back to fall.....lol
    We hardly see sunshine for the last week...doesn't look like it is going to appear anytime soon.

    tell me about it !! it's 85 with 55% humidity on the way to 90 again today and i feel like a slug!! i am going to make myself ride the stationary bike and take all my walks with kirby and la la la. it's just the beginning of the hot weather so we can't let it defeat us!! you can get the exercise in.... emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
