Dukan Diet - Trudging forward

Day 2 on vegetable/lean proteins. I decided not to weigh for a week, hopefully that gives me body time to flush the extra water it has packed on.
Feeling a lot better though, more energy and just healthier. I also notice my skin is a lot cleaner and less oily. Excellent "side effect".
Dinner tonight I had brocolli, cauliflower, and chicken that I had broiled. I put them in my wok and it was YUMMMY!
