I am finding that I really like the "Hackers Diet" way of graphing my weight. I've been using several graphing options to do so, and here is the version from physicsdiet.com.
I love how I can just concern myself about the running average, rather than my daily fluctuations. I can see where I'm headed at a glance.
I would recommend that everyone that is "loathing the scale" give this a try. That my seem counterintuitive to some, "weigh myself more?", but once you start to see that running average, and not fret over the fluctuation all over the place, I think you will get it.
