Today Things Change

For the past couple of months I have just kind of been going through the motions. I have run a couple of 5k's and gone out for a run or run on my treadmill once or twice a week. I know I haven't been giving myself the attention that I should be. My food has been so so but I haven't really been tracking much and I have definitely been overdoing it on the sweets.
The scale hasn't moved in almost 2 months and it's no wonder why. Today I woke up with whole new attitude. Today is a new day and time to start taking care of myself like I was a few months ago. It isn't that hard to squeeze in at least 20 minutes of fitness each day even if it's only a walk during lunch.
Today I rededicate myself to health and fitness and making a better me. Today I start tracking my food again, drinking my water and getting in a workout when I get home from work.
To those of you who have been going through the motions just as I have make today a new day, it's never too late.
