Congrats on the weight loss and beginning Couch To 5K! I just re-started Couch To 5K a few weeks ago (I was a couple weeks shy of finish the program before I caught a nasty cold and faced a foot injury). I know it can be tough in the beginning, but if you keep up with it you will see significant progress. I used to HATE running because I would get tired after jogging for 30 seconds...but now I LOVE running and I enjoy pushing myself a little more to see what my body is capable of. I also found running to be a great stress reliever. Keep up the great work and keep us posted on the new Jillian Michaels book -- I can't wait to read it! 3175 days ago
