This week I've been focusing on staying calm during the busy and stressful. This is a major problem for me, as I am very prone to anxiety and that makes it harder for me to lose weight or get good sleep. Today I had an exam, and now I am so exhausted that I can barely keep my eyes open. I was so stressed about it...but after the exam even though I was concerned about one of the questions I just focused on being done and all the beautiful flowers and trees on my walk home. I feel like today has been a success.

    Breathe and remind yourself that this is only 1 min of your life. my hubby suffers from depression/ anxiety so bad that he has not worked since he was 47 he will be 53 the end of the month.
    That is why when I get down, I get nervous, cos don't want the 2 of us home with no income!! at least he gets his pensions.
