This week I've been focusing on staying calm during the busy and stressful. This is a major problem for me, as I am very prone to anxiety and that makes it harder for me to lose weight or get good sleep. Today I had an exam, and now I am so exhausted that I can barely keep my eyes open. I was so stressed about it...but after the exam even though I was concerned about one of the questions I just focused on being done and all the beautiful flowers and trees on my walk home. I feel like today has been a success.
