H.I.I.T. Class

Since I started weight lifting my weight loss has stalled (school has killed my diet as well but thats a different subject). So I am changing it up some.

Gonna cut back on the weights - go to a low weight, high rep, little recovery time program to burn calories without adding bulk, Also trying a new class at the gym tonight.

H.I.I.T. class (high intensity interval training) is suppose to be a real workout, I'll let you all know how it goes.

    The class was hard...its run with many stations. So you go from exercise to exercise quickly, really good if you get bored easiliy

    I have been doing my own HIIT since I started my journey and it is freaking amazing. I don't know of a class per se, in my area - I just conduct my own on the treadmill or bike.

    I am interested in the reverse HIIT that Insanity and P90X use, curious.

    Keept it up and I look forward to your experience.
