I messed up

People I want to express my fustruction..Yesturday I found that I cant afford to do the diet the way it tells me to..I cant afford all foods it picks...
Well long story short i got depressed and got two cold coffies..ate other foods that I should have advoided.
I guess I used the food like beer or drugs..Im a sick pigy and need anyone who belives n JESUS CHRIST please pray for me..I got so pissed there is now a garden Im a part off..But its gonna take time to get everything up and running..Its my only hope at this point and until then I guess Im gonna live of lots of Rice Beans And fruits and frozen veggies...Man O man I pissed and mad at my self..
Any feed back or ideas would help bunches...Thanks and please forgive my crybaby ways but do pray JC opens a door for me to eat more than Rice beans and jesus christ.hehe

    We all slip up from time to time. Dont let that get you down. Think of today as a new day. I had a bad week last week, but I am not letting it ruin my ambition. Where there is a will there is a way! I just keep running, logging, weighing, and measuring! I will do this and you can to.

    I don't use the foods listed at all you are welcome to look at my food tracker it is public ! There is no need for special foods . If i buy anything special its the 35 calorie bread and i only eat 2-3 slices a day. emoticon emoticon

    You didn't mess up - life happened.

    I have never followed the food plan and I am loosing weight, it just needs a bit more planning.

    Frozen veggies are great, they are still full of vitamins and minerals. Rice - can you switch to brown or wild rice, it is all about portion size. Do you get things reduced because they are going out of date? I got some raspberries for 29p on Tuesday - bargain. Try eat seasonal veggies if you want fresh, and use your freezer. I am sure there are lots of recipe ideas you can use too.

    I can't afford the wide variety of food on the menu either WHICH is the reason I use the Add a Food feature on the Tracker. Have you tried that? I also like Add A Food because I am eating what I normally do (and will the rest of my life) and can see the nutrition value.....I don't feel like I am on a diet, instead I am learning to eat what I normally do with some changes and ALOT less of it.
