Back after 73 days

So I know only fell off the wagon I broke it in little pieces. But I am back to start my jourey again in order to develop heatlhier eating habits. I am not so concerned with the scale but I know I can do better with my physical health. I plan to take to slow by easing back into the program with small but CONSISTENT change. This is what works for me. So for the month of May I have set weekly goals. I plan to blog at least once a week and participate with SP daily as this is what helped me lose the weight in the past. Some of the weight is back but I am ok- just know I need to get it together. So here is the plan

Week 1 (5/3-5/9) emoticon Drink 8 glasses of water a day- Track in SP & emoticon Track steps per day. My goal is 10,000 a day.

Week 2 (5/10-5/16) Continue with Wk 1 and emoticon emoticon emoticon Track food and increase fruit and veggie intake. Goal 5 servings per day or more!

Week 3 (5/17-5/23) Continue with Wks 1&2 But now increase the complex carbs- wheat bread, brown rice high fiber fruits and veggies. Monitor via SP for fiber intake emoticon

Week 4 (5/24-5/31) Keep up the good work and weigh in at the end of the month. emoticon emoticon emoticon
