Last night we bought a new commuter car for my husband. We got a great deal. What was neat we were able to hear a great testimony from the salesman. Five years ago he was a crack addict gang member. He came out here to Colorado and God saved him and healed him.
It was nice this afternoon when my daycare baby was picked up at 4:15, I was able again to go the gym and get a good workout in before supper. Therefore I was able to have a nice relaxing evening with my husband.

A) Go to Balance Fitness at least 3 times a week: Mon
B) Do at least 5 days of cardio: Mon
C) 3 days of Strength training Tues
D) Blog 5 times a week Mon
A) Drink at least 10 cups of water
B) Log food/exercise
C) High protein/low carb
