I am a snacker, I love me some snacks!!!
Here are my top 10 healthy snacks
1. Craisins- I am an addict. I have not had them in years, and Siri gave me the idea to put them in tuna sald. I can eat them by the handful. I know they have added sugar, but they are better than handfuls of Oreos
2. Fiber One Oats and Chocolate bars- when I need a choco fix
3. low fat frozen waffle with 1 tbsp of peanut butter - I notice I start feeling "funky" around 3:00PM if i didn't eat alot of carb that day, this helps me feel better.
4. Apple with peanut butter
5. cheese stick
6. cup of coffee with a packet of Truvia and a splash of fat free milk- I know this isn't technically a snack, but some days i am craving sweet but not hungry or I will do this if I am bored and start looking for food
7. fruit - right now I have strawberries and mandarin oranges
8. shredded wheat
9. baby carrots
10. hard boiled egg
Yum! All of this food talk made me hungry!!!
