Weight training

Now that my finals are winding down, I have decided to dedicate more time to hitting the gym. I was doing 3 short full body workouts per week, hitting each major muscle group with one exercise. Now I am going to a four day program:

Monday - legs
Tuesday - back, biceps, & abs
Wednesday - chest and tricep
Fridays - shoulders & abs

Also doing from 30-60 minutes on the treadmill each day, plus my wii work everyday. Hopefully this will kickstart some muscle growth and weight loss...

    I wish I could be this committed. Good luck on the muscle becoming defined and the weight coming off. This looks like a great plan for you.
