Because I'm bad at tracking on weekends, this diary is for the entire weekend--sleep was consistent!

regular times 8 on weekend and 6:30 for work

not really--cleaning and playing

no--had a couple on Friday and Sunday but in the afternoon

tea, 1 pot, consumed before 12pm

Metformin 500mg bid (7am and 5pm)
Zantac 150mg bid
Vitamin D
Reactine 20mg od

Hubby's regular long weekend rigamarole
