ONE STEP BACKWARD - TWO STEPS FORWARD

I know the saying is 2 steps forward 1 step backwards - but after reading " 1 Step Back, 2 Steps Forward"
Seem to me we have been wrong all along. Why should a setback ruin everything I have worked so had for to this point? So this pass week wasn't a great week but it was a learning experience for me not a setback.
1. I ate to much sugar this week and it left my completely DRAINED no energy what so ever.
2. I did not get enough cardio - I had trouble sleeping again even though I was dragging could not fall to sleep.
In order to say in the game I need to make sure I get enough cardio in daily. This cuts down my eating of sugary sweets, I sleep better and I have more energy.
See I have my 2 steps forward (3 steps
) I eat better - better quality of sleep - and more energy by doing what I need to.
This pass week I joined 2 new teams SparkGuy's 10 Minute Fitness Club and Official 10-Minute Daily Exercise Streak Challenge. Even though my week was a tad bit crazy I did get at least 10 minutes of cardio a day - just wasn't enough to tire me out the way it should have.
It's not a do over or start over when I slip back its 2 steps forward from now on. I am ready for the challenge how about you?
