Let's get it started...yeah, let's get it started, woo

The hardest minute of working out for me is the minute BEFORE I start exercising!!! I list tons of reasons in my head why and how I could do it later. I have a million reason as to why I shouldn't do it right now. Like right now, I am on here instead of doing the 2 videos I need to do!! I do not know why I try to talk myself out of it. I know I NEED to do it. I WANT my points for the challenge. Yet, I waste so much time motivating myself to actually do it. Once I am started, I am good to go. I love how I feel when I am done. Like I actually accomplished something! I need to remember that feeling when i am laying in bed trying to get up and move!!
