Been Lazy About Blogging - Update on Feet

This last week I haven't blogged -- been lazy about it. I used to blog just before I went to bed, but the internet has been slow or I have been too tired, so I would say I would blog in the morning which hasn't happened. I want to go back to blogging daily - it keeps me accountable.
It has been a little frustrating weight wise. I have been in kinda of a plateau -- up a little one day then back down, but I haven't been able to break that 229.5 mark.
I have been exercising like crazy trying to get to my goal of 1805 minutes by the end of April. I need at least 60-70 minutes a day. But IF the insurance will okay the Synvisc and I have it next week, I will have to rest my knees for a couple of days. So, I have been exercising extra.
I saw my doctor on Tuesday about my peripherial neuropathy in my feet. They have been better since he gave me a B12 shot 3 weeks ago. So, he wants me to have a B12 shot every month for the next year. I am glad it was that simple. He also wants me to take more walks to help with the Vitamin D deficiency.
I was able to complete my baby granddaughter's quilt last week - picture will be coming. This week I am working on piecing my daughter's graduation quilt top. I just have to put on the 2 outer borders now.
