I like to eat, eat, eat .. everything I seee!!

I must say, it feels good to get back into Sparkpeople - start tracking my food and fitness. Although I've been somewhat motivated to continue working out and (somewhat) eating healthy, it always helps to really track what I'm eating and be able to see and pinpoint what my problem areas are.
One of those "wake up" calls was last night! I skipped my work out after work and chose to clean for the company coming in town this weekend instead. Well, that obviously didn't take as long as I anticipated because by 6:30 I was on the couch and eating dinner. Dinner didn't start out too horrible, turkey wrap, with 2 small pickle spears. But oh, it's gets better!! Then I decided to have a small bowl of cinnamon toast crunch and finish off the leftover milk with a few oreo cookies. These things are in my house because of my boyfriend, but usually it's not as tempting as it's been lately. I think I must be eating out of boredom. Plus, I didn't feel good. Anyone else tend to eat more when they are congested?? Haha! Excuses excuses .... I'm going to dive into more lengthier and more committed work outs, and work on keeping myself BUSY when I find myself going toward the fridge. It's nice to relax, but not when I incorporate relaxing with the TV, couch, and piece of food in hand.
