ABC Workout

My trainer had me do a workout yesterday that invovled writing the alphabet! I thought it sounded easy, but it wasn't!

Here's how you do it: stand with your legs about hip width apart and squat slightly. Hold a medicine ball (mine was 6 pounds) in both hands. Extend your arms straight out... and 'write' your ABCs in the air! It doesn't matter how you do each letter. You are basically using your arms and your abs to write in the air. Try to not put your arms down between the letters!

Give it a try and tell me what you think! (I did it 3 times as part of a complete arm workout.)
