Still Making Slow and Steady Progress

With my insane schedule all I've wanted to do is sleep all day on the weekends. I'm hovering around 160 right now and I'm ready to get down to the next little goal of 155lbs. I'll give myself 3 weeks to get there. I have a week off and I can get on my bike finally this week. I'm still doing the crazy 18 hour days, but they've been very rewarding. I started to notice an increase in appetite and I have to make sure I'm eating the right things as I get hungrier with the increased activity from volleyball.
I haven't had time to spark much, but I'm still around. I'm loving the weight loss:D Happy Sparking everyone.
