Challenge: Day 4 ...and Weigh Day!

My GOALS for this week:
1. Walk/Jog 3 times this week (jog 1/4 mi. w/o stopping)
2. Strength train 3 times this week.
3. Log EVERTHING that goes into my mouth.
4. Make a veggie juice or fruit smoothie 3 times this week!
5. Write a "TO DO" List every morning before walking out the door. Its time to get organization back into my life!
So far today:
1. Today I jogged 1/2 mile NONSTOP...AGAIN.! I walked 2.5miles. THIS IS MY 4TH DAY IN A ROW OF JOGGING. I EXCEEDED MY WEEKLY GOAL! Yaaay!
2. Strength training: lower body only
3. Logging meals = I had breakfast bar and a turkey sandwich so far today.
4. I will make a smoothie on Friday.
5. To Do List written for today.
AND Last but not least!....I lost 2 pounds this week! WooHooo!
