Just wishing I never blew my plans. I gave up and kinda quit. Well it feels like that.
I been told I am a black & white person, so only feels like I have caved in. I am probably eating 80% healthy. I am trying to get back on the horse, feeling like it is really hard to do.
I just want to completely stop eating junk food. Maybe my body really needs it at the moment. I guess not just go without junk food everyday of my life and shouldn't beat myself up about the fact that the past week or so I have been having junk food.

    We fall down to stand up again. Don't punish yourself for eating junk food. Don't let one - or two - mistake(s) mess up your whole new life plan. Is it really worth that? Just think of what you've achieved so far, there is no need for punishment since you are wonderful in any way! Get yourself back on the horse and show your inner craving voice who is the true rodeo champion! emoticon
