This weeks plan April 10th through the 16th

Well as i got an unexpected vacation from work I need to make this week count. I took off on Saturday 9th for relay for life and well as today (sunday's is my normal day off from work) I used my 2 last vacation days I wasn't sure how I'd feel after doing Relay for life and My RA is kicking in high gear today pain in the back & hip.
Today I cleaned closet out and packed up clothing that are way to big for me to wear (though I love the really loose fitting clothes) Scrubbed the floors bathroom & kitchen & hall. Before I tackled that I got Tyson out for his walk - but I forgot my pedometer/ heart rate monitor
. Colored my hair a little to intense for me but I'm sure it will lose some of that intense color (Hopefully)
Tomorrows day will be Tyson walk gym to do Cardio & strength training will try Silver Sneakers YOga Stretch - then clean my desk off of the clutter tackle the spare room.
ZUMBA then to the laundry mat - tackle kitchen cabinets.
Thursdays Zumba gold @ gym its a half hour class then if I like the class on Tuesday Sliver Sneaker Yoga & strength training
Friday I head back to work.
I will be getting to cook meals pretty much everyday this week except for Friday & Saturday.
My focus for the week is not to stress over what is out of my control example the biopsy I had of my uterus was done by a non network provider ugh! that's over 300 bucks I owe them. Still trying not ot stress over what is going on in New York with Aunt Marie today better news on her condition we may get a miracle .
That's my week in a nut shell I will do my best not to allow myself to get side tracked by anything May be losing money @ work but I think i will get lots accomplished
