I took notice that I would exercise saturday, sunday and monday mornings faithfully, but by tuesday I was beat and then my body needed rest the remaining days of the week. This was not good though, because all the weight I took off returned on the days I wasn't exercising. ( When I don't workout, I eat ) As long as I exercise I can stay in control of what goes in my mouth. For the last two weeks, I rest on sunday ( and some of sat ) and then I workout everyday of the week. It seems to be working out so far. Today I really do want to exercise but I am trying to let my body rest. My thigh muscle seems as if it is in need of that rest to. I have been using the elliptical and OMG what a workout. I ordered one for home and now I can appreciate what to do with it since I have been using the one at the gym. Well I don't think I have ever written this much in my blog, but I am trying to use up some of that energy that wants to get on the bike or do some tae bo training. LOL But this will be a good week of burning some calories!!
