I have been trying to check back in to SP to increase my motivation, I'm having such a hard time these days finding any oomph to do anything outside of the necessary. I took a FOUR hour nap today and I'm still tired! I have work to do tonight, and then it's back to the work week.... where's the fun??!! Plan for the week: I am "re-joining" the 10minutes a day exercise team and will commit to doing the minimum 10 minutes a day, simply to get back in the habit of doing something. I'm tired of all my own excuses about why I never get back on track. I'm taking the NIKE stance, Just do it!
