Don't be a pansy.

I hate getting so off balanced when it comes to exercising. So on Thursday I was feeling so good, I was working out until I couldn't anymore and for the next couple days I was super sore from one day of exercising. It was a good sore but felt like I rode a horse for too long (dang inner thigh workouts!) then I wondered if you could exercise on something sore, to risk injury to myself and the floor because I may fall in exhaustion, so I asked the person I exercised to on You Tube. She said that if I kept good form I would be able to exercise on the sore areas.

I think that was my problem, not working out the next day, to keep it going and maybe the feeling would subside into this deep burn that felt so good, that it all would "shake off" and be okay. When I get sore, I don't work out and let it heal on it's own, thats a big no-no. I'm a baby, I guess. No more. I am going to be a warrior and plow through it. I will not over-work myself but work on other areas before finishing out with the part that will make me sore the next day.

That is right, be a WARRIOR! I definitely find that on days I wake up sore, working out is the best thing I can do for my muscles. While it isn't instant relief for me, the next day I find that I feel 1000% times better! Keep at it and stay strong!
