A Much Better Fit For Me

Wednesday, April 06, 2011

After doctors appointment I made it to Zumba Gold class. This was a much better fit for me alittle bit slower pace still got the heart up and sweated up a storm. Its at one of the developments that have civic association for them and they open up events to the public a lot of time its just for residence who live in that development.

This instructor has a Personality and it was lots of fun women 50 plus I am looking forward towards next week session and its only 3 bucks! Of course it would have been better if it worked out at the gym since its included in my monthly fee - but that one was really hard on joints. To much jumping around for me though I still had a good time Just the gold class is for beginners.

The down side to finding this awesome group to do Zumba with is they close down for the summer as most of the people in this area goes up north for the summer to get away from the heat of Florida. I do still have this month and May to attend class. I am looking for another place that's cheap for when there aren't classes there.

My big boobs did give me some trouble on the regular Zumba class I thought I'd knock myself out with them with all the jumping around Still haven't found a good sports bra for these girls yet emoticon. emoticon

Maybe you could start a class among the people in yours who aren't going elsewhere for the summer? You know, just to kind of keep in with things until the regular classes start up again in the fall?

Yay for you! I haven't found any good sports bras either, but I have to be a bit more picky about the kind I choose since I recently finished radiation. If you find a good one, let me know!

Sounds like a good fit. I'm having fun imagining you hopping and jumping around and getting knocked out by "the girls." I know some people wear two sports bras to get the right effect. I know I read somewhere, maybe even Spark about generous women finding a good fit and not getting beat up and bounced around.

Have fun. Enjoy while you can. Maybe you will find a summer activity anyway.

I am so glad you found that "fit" I am taking Hip Hop class for 3.00/class myself as well as a body fit and tonight I took a cardio sculpt. I think I am worth 15.00/week and it is so much fun!!!

Have you tried the champion bras. And one of my WW friends mentioned some bras from lands end. She said they were pricey but worth it. I will go back and read the post and verify I remember that she posted a web site.

How fun! Am happy for you.

I believe some ladies wear TWO sports bras (at the same time).

It's great that you've found such a good fit into this Zumba class!!! Maybe by the time summer comes around, you'll have built up your joints enough that you'll be able to do the one at your gym!
