Springing into April

Wow another month gone by where does the time fly by to?
Will April be as productive as March was for me?
April's plan includes much as what month of March did Focusing on my nutrition still work on lowering sodium intake - that means continuing to track foods with food tracker and weighing & measuring all my food. Onward & forward move to reducing caffeine intake ( when I stress I gab a coke zero - I allow myself 1 in the mornings). Focus on getting my Cardio & strength training in I shoot for 4 cardio sessions and 3 strength training sessions.
With this in mind I plan to take 1 zumba class a week The gym I attend offers class but its a day I usually work Ah but except for this week & next week I don't work on Tuesdays. With that in mind I find a class offered locally that cost only 3 dollars a session that is my day off from work Wednesdays (I'll need to tweak my daily routine on that day so I can attend) .
April did not start off with a good bang for me it has come in with a bang but not the way I was hoping it would. I did get side tracked Saturday and a tad bit yesterday but I think I was able to unstress & unwind its out of my hands I have no control over what is happening so no sense in getting derailed
In my heart I feel APril will be just as good as March was.
