Dr Bernstein Diet UPDATE!!

Start weight was 216.4 lbs Start Date FEB 22nd and was gone for two weeks in march.
As of today 199.8 lbs (March 30th)
Weight loss of 16.6 lbs so far.
Goal Weight 115 lbs (Hopefully by September)
84 lbs left to go!
I loveee this diet because it is so down to the Science. I am a very all or nothing kind of girl and if im not told exactly what to do...I tend to do everything wrong because I question every little detail BUT with the Dr B diet...it is SO detailed and specific that I have no questions AND IT WORKS!!!....
Anyone who is considering the Dr B diet.... DO IT but when you go off the diet and into Maintenance. (DO the maintenance, dont try to go off the diet on your own.) There is alot of people who dont agree with the diet but there is so much success on it. I feel fantastic and I personally know a few girls who did it and have kept the weight off, its actually how I found out about the diet in the first place.
Anyways...I thought I would just blog a bit about it and what not.
