Day 01 ¨ Something you hate about yourself.
This one could easy I could just say I hate my speech defect but really I was born with it and I am used to it. What I really hate about myself is I don’t like changes. I don’t know if because my favorite grandma who watch me everyday die when I was six or because my dad die when I was seven. But I hate changes. I eat the same food everyday and do the same exercise. That why I love challenges they get me to eat different or do different exercises. So if I could change something about me it wouldnt be my speech it would be getting courage so I will be willing to change. I need to learn change is good.

The Diet
A blonde is terribly overweight, so her doctor puts her on a diet. "I want you to eat regularly for two days, then skip a day, and repeat this procedure for two weeks. The next time I see you, you'll have lost at least five pounds."
When the blonde returns, she's lost nearly 20 pounds. "Why, that's amazing!" the doctor says. "Did you follow my instructions?"
The blonde nods. "I'll tell you, though, I thought I was going to drop dead that third day."
"From hunger, you mean?" asked the doctor.
"No, from skipping

I don't like change myself while I'm in the middle of it. Once things stabilize I'm fine. Be brave and try new things. It can be fun.

After reading your Blog I don't think you hate changes and you would welcome change given some direction. I say this because in your first paragraph you said "That why I love challenges they get me to eat different or do different exercises." It is the same thing in everyday life. Change is good because it opens new doors to new things. Do some brainstorming and give yourself a list of things you always wanted to do, then put them in ranking order. Start with the most important item on your list...then take the first step. It is easy. All you have to do is start and the forward momentum will keep you going.
    Good luck to you.

Here is a quote I like about change:

that survives, nor the most intelligent,
but the one most responsive to change.”
