Well, day 2 of being back with SP and already a bump in the road. I didn't set my alarm so I woke up late and didn't have time to pack my lunch. Which was disappointing after I spent an hour loading all my foods for the day and setting up my menu to make sure I was eating the right amount of calories. Not to mention, I have to take my sweet mom to the doctor on my lunch break so that means having to stop and get something to eat somewhere. But I am going to stay focused and not binge! I promise! Pinky swear! I did bring my fruit, protien drink and some snack crackers and have them already logged so I am still pretty well focused even when trying to see around all these obstacles. I will post later and let you know how I dd.
