workplace wellness, goal confirmed

The scale this morning danced around 219. I had a salty day yesterday (viva la ham!), but I'll call this whole goal thing confirmed.

I updated my front page with a list goals in tens. I feel safer having goals now that I've met a big one.

I'm looking forward to seeing how my numbers change at this year's physical. But I keep having to postpone it, because I have to use my work from home day for other stuff.

My workplace is starting a new team-based weight loss challenge with 2 other challenges. The other two are individual: maintaining weight and 10000 steps. The maintaining one focuses on healthy habits--not unlike daily goals here on Spark. I signed up for the two individual ones, but not the team one. Too much angst with that last time, and my scheduling flexibility is still feeling uncertain.
