Nice Day

Today was a nice quiet day. I had only one daycare girl. I was able to cut out and sew the blocks for my baby granddaughter's quilt. Tomorrow I hope to sew the blocks together.

Tonight I went to the gym and a hour strength and cardio workout. This morning I had done the strength workout home portion.

Weekly (March20-26):
A) Go to Balance Fitness at least 3 times a week: emoticon; emoticon; emoticon; emoticon;

B) Do at least 5 days of cardio: emoticon; emoticon ; emoticon;

C) 3 days of Strength training emoticon; emoticon; emoticon;

Daily: 3/24
A) Practice portion control emoticon
B) Drink at least 8 cups of water emoticon (10)
C) Blog emoticon
D) Log food/exercise emoticon
E) Exercise for at least 10 min before I get on SparkPeople emoticon
F) High protein/low carb emoticon
