My Good News to the Team/Sparkfriends

Since joining Sparkpeople in December 2010 my AIC went from 6.9 (pre-diabetic) to 6.1. Praise God for that, my doctor says i don't need diabetes medicine. My blood pressure is also well under-control so much that my doctor is considering weening me off my medication. Thank God for that also. I've also lost 13lbs to date. I'm happy that I choose a healthy and balanced way of life. I eat healthier meals /snacks, and I exercise four days a week, mostly aerobic and some strength training. I also got rid of all the sugar in my pantry and began using Splenda. If I eat sweets ( a small portion) I exercise the same day to counter act the sugar and extra calories. I'm going to keep on Sparking! Can't stop now! emoticon emoticon emoticon
