My trainer measured me a week ago last Saturday. She finally sent me the results. My body fat % measurement was just under 45% ..... NOW it is coming in at 39.6%! Measurements from 1-18-11 to 3-11-11 -- I have lost a total overall 10 inches!!! It is so good to see results!
I have decided not to continue taking Lyrica for my feet. Last week I didn't take it for a couple of days and I was losing. I took it Thursday and Friday -- I was up four pounds on Saturday and I didn't do anything different eating or exercising --I was doing my normal routine. I didn't take it on Sat or Sun night and I was down again today. I plan on talking to my doctor about getting another medication that doesn't cause weight gain. My first priority now is to lose the weight.
Weekends are always hard for me to blog because my routine is different.
Today, I had the day off from daycare. I did some errands and I went to the gym. I combined two strength training workouts from my trainer and did a 40 minute strength training, then did a 31 minute cardio workout. When I got home I finished the strength workout for 26 minutes.
A) Go to Balance Fitness at least 3 times a week:
B) Do at least 5 days of cardio:
C) 3 days of Strength training
A) Practice portion control
B) Drink at least 8 cups of water
D) Log food/exercise
E) Exercise for at least 10 min before I get on SparkPeople
F) High protein/low carb
