I don't know what it is about strength training that I hate so much, but when I do it I can feel the difference. I started making sure I make it a part of my workout routine. Those squats are the ones I hate the most, but I have to do what I have to do if I want that hot shape I am looking for this summer!! I did this one today. wow!!! but I will do them more!
