Hey guys! Ive been MIA again...kinda no suprise right? lol I am doing good though and eating better. Recently I was at the doctor and we were talking about how I am ALWAYS tired and how I just dont have energy and such so she decided to test my thyroid and my vitamin d. thyroid came back normal but for vitamin d they want you between 34-100...well i was at a 9!!! So I began treatment for a severe vitamin D deficiency. They say it will be a long process trying to get back to a normal range and feeling better, but this kinda makes me feel really good! Ive been so depressed because i dont know why im so lazy and gaining all this weight and I might have found the answer :) I am so excited at the possibility that i will once again have my old energy levels back and because of that maybe I can get rid of this weight. I also learned that my vision problems could be a result of the deficiency and that maybe that problem will fix itself with my treatment, I can only hope :)

Anyways this weekend Im going shopping for my 1st pair of real running shoes!!! Im going to get back into C25K again since I loved it so much last time :) The weather is starting to be 40 degrees or more on average and that was the deal i made with myself. Im ready for this :)

The plan...

Power 90 with 4 days off, 3 of those days will be my C25K days with the 4th day being my rest day from everything. It will take me longer than the 90 days to complete everything, but I am ok with that :)

In other news...we are getting a PUPPY!!! She is 2 weeks old today and we will bring her home the day before easter :) She is a Border Collie and her name will be Roxy. Here are some pics that the breeder sent me...

We cant wait to go visit them in 2 more weeks!
