Tonight at my TOPS weigh-in I was down 3.5 pounds!! I am so excited!.
I really pushed myself since last Saturday once I found out that Lyrica causes weight gain. I didn't want that to happen to me. And just to make sure I had a loss tonight I didn't take my dose last night. I will tonight though because my feet have been tingling/burning all day.
My doctor's office called today and said all my blood tests came back within normal ranges. That was good news. But I still feel a little frustrated because it leaves me still at square one in knowing what is causing my feet to have peripheral neuropathy. I will see the doctor a week from Thursday.
This morning I worked on planning out 2 baby quilts. This afternoon I cut out the strips for one and began sewing. The quilts are for my newest granddaughter and a daycare client's new baby. I hope to finish both by the end of the month.
I did Oxycise this morning - that is the exercise I do so I can get onto SP - LOL. Before TOPS I did a 40 min cardio (bike/elliptical/treadmill) workout at the gym.
Weekly (March 13-19):
A) Go to Balance Fitness at least 3 times a week:
B) Do at least 5 days of cardio:
C) 3 days of Strength training
A) Practice portion control
B) Drink at least 8 cups of water
D) Log food/exercise
E) Exercise for at least 10 min before I get on SparkPeople
F) High protein/low carb
