Exercises for people over 300lbs

Today was a good day as usual, walked aerobically for 30mins and did 15mins of strength training. I am plumb in my stomach area and my lower back and waist. I've been exercising faithfully since the last part of December. I've lost 10lbs so far. My legs and arms have noticeable shrank, but my problem areas don't seem to be going any where. Does anyone have any exercise suggestions for people over 300lbs other than walking? I can't do sit ups at all right now. I'm trying very hard to stay focused and positive. Oh yes, I can't swim either., never learned how. emoticon

    Irma, I found some exercises online that I think you could do. I found these because, I had Rotator Cuff Surgery back at the end of Oct. and I can't lay on the floor cause my butt would end up staying there until my husband would come in.lol I also can't lift that left arm like I would like and some days not at all. I will Private Message them to you cause it will take up too much room on here.

    Walking is emoticon for now. emoticon I started out walking in the beginning on a hilly lane, and it was hard for the first two months. emoticon I remember going up the lat steep hill and even crying emoticon tying to make it to the top. Exercise will just get better as you go. emoticon emoticon emoticon
