Lost Focus but Regaining...

For some reason I was not as focused on my goal....I felt sooo tired, like I needed to sleep for another 10 years.
I got my act together later Monday evening and am looking to go full speed ahead on Tuesday, after a good nights rest.

    Daylight Savings time always throws me off also, even the fall back time when we get an extra hour. It's the light that throws me off. My biological clock that gets used to the sun rising and setting at a certain time has a hard time dealing with the hour change. It literally takes me at least a week to get back into regular swing. Have to force myself to still exercise and do the things I should be doing.

    It's that day light savings time change. emoticon and just do your best. It will work itself out soon!

    Hope Tuesday is off to a good start! It's the changing that gets to me. If they would just leave the time one way or the other I would get used to it. But when it changes I am out of whack for at least a full week!

    Hope you are doing better today! I joked that instead of daylight savings hour, we all needed daylight savings day. I could have used a whole extra day to sleep!
