Finally feeling better. Have not worked out for two weeks though and body feels pretty sluggish. Going to start back to gym today.
I am ecstatic that I am back under 200 today. Noticed something interesting the last two weeks while not working out. It seems I have lost more weight while not working out which doesn't seem to make much sense to me. Wonder if anyone else has noticed that? It will be interesting to see what happens after I start working out this week and weigh in next Monday.
I filled in my time while not at the gym with working on my family tree. It is so addicting. I have made several contacts with distant relatives I didn't know anything about which was quite exciting and touched base with a long lost cousin.
Have also been trying new recipes. A couple we like last week was grilled mahi mahi with roasted red pepper sauce and pesto and a new recipe for chicken cacciatore.
I have been faithful to tracking my food and watching my calorie differential each day. This is really helping me stay on track.
