Tomato salsa

Makes
1 cup

Ingredients
2 egg tomatoes, quartered, seeded, finely chopped
1 green onion, thinly sliced
2 tsp lime juice
2 tsp finely chopped coriander
Method
Combine all ingredients in a bowl then season to taste with salt and pepper.

Store salsa, covered, in the fridge for 4 hours or until ready to use.
