Goals Met Updated

Our internet basically is non existant at night from 6:00-10:30. I'm tired and it is late and I am just going to update my goals met.

Weekly (March 6-12):
A) Go to Balance Fitness at least 3 times a week: emoticon ; emoticon

B) Do at least 5 days of cardio: emoticon; emoticon
; emoticon

C) 3 days of Strength training emoticon; emoticon


Daily: 3/11
A) Practice portion control emoticon
B) Drink at least 8 cups of water emoticon (11)
C) Blog emoticon
D) Log food/exercise emoticon
E) Exercise for at least 10 min before I get on SparkPeople emoticon
F) High protein/low carb emoticon
