The 17 Day Diet

Friday, March 11, 2011

Hello all...

I have received my 17 Day Diet Book and I have read most of it. I have just printed out my week one menu and I have also received my 17Minute Workout DVD. I am going to go to the store tomorrow and purchase the groceries that I need to purchase in order to follow this diet. It is only for two weeks and three days. I should be able to handle that and I hope and pray that it will yield the results that according to Dr. Phil and the Doctors it is supposed to be capable of yielding.

I will track what I eat and my exercise again and I will give this diet a fighting chance. If at the end of the diet I have truly lost an amount of weight or at this point in my weightloss efforts ANY weight I will keep working it. I go to the store tomorrow and begin the diet on Sunday also the first day of the week for easy counting.

I will keep you all informed as best I can on my progress. I will weigh myself on Sunday morning and Wednesdays and Fridays.

I hope this works. I had the South Beach diet and that really did work for me too but I have miss placed the books. They are in a box somewhere. This diet is VERY similar so I have high hopes that it really will work.

I will keep you all informed.

I also spoke to the gym teacher at school and several of the teachers are on what she called the HCG Diet. Seems a bit expensive to me.
