STRENGTH DAY
2 mins "cherry pickers"
2 mins "lunges"
1 min "rock the baby"
2 mins "squats"
1 min "rolling crunches"
FIVE SETS
(40 mins, STRETCH)

CARDIO DAY
30 minute speed walk
5 minute cooldown
Yoga Stretch

STRENGTH DAY 2
push-up pyramids: wide arm, regular & close-hand
start at 15, decrease by increments of 5 to 0
(PU TOTAL: 90)
ab pyramids: crunches, sit-ups, rolling crunches
start at 25 reps, decrease by increments of 5 to 0
(SU TOTAL: 225)
STRETCH A LOT!!! b&a

CARDIO DAY 2
45min walk (quick pace)
5 minute cool down
Yoga Stretch

CARDIO DAY 3
Speed Track Walk with strollers

RECOVERY DAYS
small muscle warm-up
deep stretches
Yoga

    thanks! yeah this is how we did it in the Army... but we had an entire calendar worked out (which I plan on doing this weekend!).
