Why do I think when I'm stressed is a good time to eat - I mean really...I'm stressed...let's add more calories to I can add more stress about being fat.

Why is this even an option?

When I go out in the sun and start to burn...do I think the remedy to this is to stay out longer?

When I go to bed late and wake up the next day and am tired...do I think the remedy is to stay up later the next night?

Ok - I can go on and on...you and I both get the point...

NO - when I do things that cause outcomes I do not like I stop doing those things...EXCEPT when it comes to food...

I am NOT invincible when it comes to that - so why do I act like it? I have to change my mind set...I'm a visual person - so going to go that route. Wish me luck...

Like TSABONIS, I don't wish luck. I wish success though! I know how you feel. But I think the first step to finding a solution is actually acknowledging the problem. I think you're doing great and I can't hope to read bout your finds, it might help me too! emoticon

Good luck! I also turn to food and am going through some stressful stuff right now and every day I have to fight with myself over not going on a binge. It is really hard as I love food and think it solves all my problems, when in fact it causes the majority of them. I struggle every day. Keep your chin up.
