Zucchini Tomato Salad

4 small zucchini, thinly sliced
4 small tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 small green pepper, cut into strips
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 clove(s) garlic
some olive oil
some vinegar
some salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
some lettuce
Method
In a bowl combine the zucchini, tomatoes, green pepper and onion.

In another bowl stir together the oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, and dash of pepper.

Pour mixture over vegetables and serve immediately or chill in refridgerator before serving.
